  • If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We accept secure online payments through our approved payment partners. Unicorn Arts does not store your payment card details.

6. Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on all orders across India.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Return & Refund

Unicorn Arts follows a No Return & No Refund Policy.

A replacement will only be provided if:

  • You receive the wrong product, or
  • The product is damaged during transit.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
