At Unicorn Arts, every product is handcrafted and made with care. Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.
No Return
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
No Refund
All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Wrong or Damaged Product
We will only provide a replacement if:
- You receive the wrong product, or
- The product is damaged during delivery.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Attach clear photos of:
- The product received
- The packaging
- Your order number
After verification, we will arrange a replacement if the claim is approved.
Replacement Conditions
Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used.
- The damage is caused after delivery.
- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos or proof are not provided.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
As our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.
